Ian is a Partner in our Treaty Reinsurance team, focusing on the production and servicing of US P&C business.
Ian began his career in catastrophe analytics at Aon Benfield before he transitioned to broking at Willis Re, where he worked with regional, super-regional and nationwide carriers.
If Ian was not working for McGill and Partners, he would probably open a wine bar with his wife.
